Weight gain and hair fall
I am suffering from weight gain and hair fall right now ,and sometimes my throat getting choked to breath for few seconds. If I do exercise for few minutes only then I feel dizziness for whole d day and night and weakness Please suggest what is reason behind this

Kindly get your thyroid levels check. Initially try to do walking and later go for some exercise. Also to loose weight try taking protein rich food like eggs , paneer, legumes, curd etc. If u need detailed diet plan u can get connected via practo

Are you also having irregular mensuration? Or is it a post pregnancy weight gain ,hair fall ,fatigue n low endurance ? the most likely reasons for above mentioned symptoms. For hair fall take calcium tab. This dizziness maybe  low sugar or after a long time you if you start doing outdoors exercise . It's better you should consult physician .

Gud morning pls do full body check up at first including thyroid, diabetes, lipid profile, liver functioning test, and kidney functioning test in detail. This is very much essential to do at first.
