Its necessary to follow a healthy lifestyle as fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first-class proteins (dairy products, eggs, chicken etc) reduced carbohydrates (white rice, poha etc) & healthy fats (almonds. Here it is important to understand the process that balanced diet plays 80% role where physical activity plays 20% role in reality. Hard to digest this.. So until & unless your diet is not fixed as per your comfort you will not see results.

Provide me complete information of ur height, weight, physical activity, madical history,family history, diet history, veg or nonveg. Start ur day with exercise and walk which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high calorie & rich protein In ur diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Add plenty of water.
