While most of your reports are abnormal, they aren't alarming and can be easily managed. The main culprits for your symptoms are Vit D and Vit B12 deficiency. Their deficiency can lead to altered sensations in the body, such as weakness and numbness. It was a smart decision to get tested.
Next Steps
The findings of your reports are not normal and need correction through lifestyle changes and Vitamin supplementation, especially B12 supplementation as it is extremely low. I have experience in treating B12 and D3 deficiencies and upon consulting, I will provide you with required dosage and frequency.

Looking forward to help you, Dr. Ishan Trivedi
