Hi
Good morning
A detail evaluation is essential in your case
Take enough precautions to prevent worsening of the condition
Exercises is essential but with respect to pain
Don't overstretch but at the same time maintain exercises which would strengthen your back muscles also strength your knee and hip muscles.. It's essential
Apply ice pack over the back region as areas other than back where pain is radiating....
Make use of LS Belt of appropriate size to position your spine...
Take enough rest...
Pain will slowly subside
No standing for more than 5 minutes no sitting for more than 15 minutes continuously
Maintain your walking pattern
And have patience...it takes time to heal...and nature is the healer ..we just have to align our treatment accordingly..
Feel free to contact...
Thank you... Have a good health.
