Weakness, pain in right leg muscular
I walk in the morning for about 1 hour. I am continuing this from three months. Now I got pain in right leg muscular. When I sit in toilet thigh is paining slightly when getting up. Kindly suggest any best diet or multi vitamin

Hello. Your pain maybe due to muscle weakness , low protein intake, less warm up exercise, dehydration, not taking enough rest or simple vitamin deficiency. Take 3 litres of water daily, eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables, include good proteins like pulses, curd, paneer , dry fruits . Rest well & apply pain relief medication.
