Weak and less weight

I am suffering less weight as per my age i m just 52 ks only . Facing mentally tension and carrier growth problem as well . Pls help if any one can genuinely capabable without causing any health issue.

Start weight training, thats the best thing u can do right now. eat complex carbs like oats, wheat, apples etc and good quality protein like eggs, chicken, milk etc. cheers, all the best

Hi dear, I understand your concern in terms of your health. Let me tell you that if you are under stress n tension then weight loss happens to some people. First you need to address the mental stress first to get any positive response to your physical status, as both are connected. I will suggest you, few tips you can follow to reduce stress is eat well, sleep well and remain happy. To eat well, have any good wholesome home cooked foods, along with fruits n salads. Keep yourself hydrated. Have a heavy dinner. To sleep well do take deep breaths at bedtime, listen to relaxing music on low volume, have green tea twice daily. N don't keep on thinking over one issue for prolong period of time. Do some relaxing yogas. To remain happy do something which interests you or be with people whose company you like to be in.
