Drinking water is always good for one's health. But what matters a lot is when you drink it. Like if you are having water immediately before your breakfast, then it will hamper your appetite and your breakfast will be incomplete. Breakfast is very important meal. It should ideally be the heaviest meal you have all day. So try avoiding drinking too much water just before breakfast. Ideally have it 30min to 1 hrs before breakfast or any other meal. Drinking lots of water during whole day, especially in summers to keep your self well hydrated
