Water fasting with diabities
Currently I have stage 2 diabetes and I want to lose the weight and bring my sugar levels down. I am not able to afforded to eat heathy. Buying whole foods are to expensive. I did a lot of research and had a family member do a water fast for 10 days that gave great results. what is the dangers of me going on this fast?

Hello. Fasting is not at all recommended. Eating healthy is not expensive, whole cereals will not be a financial burden. Have more of oats, whole wheat flour. Choose whole pulses like green gram, kidney beans to increase fibre intake. The weight you will lose after starving will not be only fat loss and you will not get benefited clinically.
