Hi, I have muscular limbs and i want to go for 10 days water fasting. My current weight is 56 kg. How many kg will i loss in this ten days? Will i loss muscle? Will it be dangerous for my health? Hello, going on water only for 10 days will make your muscles lose and also there will be nutrition loss. Since you are not over-weight, it is not recommended to water fast for 10 days. Eat a healthy diet with more of protein foods like milk, milkshakes, eggs, pulses (dal), sprouts, chicken . Include 2-3servings of fruits & vegetables.
