Hello Sir,
I am always worried about the possibility of contracting diseases from others. At the same time I worry a lot about others contracting diseases from me. If I come across any one with injuries I worry about myself. If I have injuries I worry about others. I think a lot about the possibilities. Earlier I used to wash my hands once when I come across potential risk factors. Now I am washing hands number of times in a day. This is killing all my productive time and creating problems in life.
Is this curable disease? Please suggest.
