It is normal. Kids heads may seem warmer due to fast growth of the brain. Organs which grow fast are always warmer. Recorded temperature on the thermometer is most important.

Nothing to worry .. If temperature is more than 99.7 then give antipyretic.. 98.3 is normal temperature of the body.. Nd generally babies head nd abdomen are warm.. So don’t worry

It's normal. It's very important that your baby feeds on time, passes urine 6-8 times a day and is active playful.

In a 1year  old baby the forehead and abdomen may be warm to touch. This is usually normal Always check your baby’s temperature using a good thermometer if you have any doubts Also if his activity and appetite is good there is nothing to worry.
Health Tips
Keep your baby comfortable especially in summer climates Continue breastfeeding and increase fluid intake
