My 7 months baby’s head palm and foot is hot and body temperature is normal 98c. Please advice.

All babies,due to large surface area,have warmer heads,palms and soles,as compared to rest of the body. If the body is warm,or the child is irritable or dull,MEASURE the temperature,if above 100,use paracetamol.
