Hello there, well you have asked a very common question prevalent today among our youth regarding nutrition, so let me get some facts straight to you,,,a toned up or muscle bulk body is not necessarly a healthy body and similarly a lean body without much bulk can also be healthy.do you know there is a certain requirement of proteins in our body after which an overdose of protein stacking occours which may increase your uric acid levels causing gout and even kidney stones, from the various medication brand names u hav put up i guess you take VIT D3 and calcium along with B12 ..and can i know why you take zerodol MR ...have you self prescribed these medications to yourself or some of your gym pals suggested it..... Dont tell me you have taken Anaboic steroidsl and all.... You need to reconsider your priorities here. I have trained Athletes in UK who can run 100 mins at a stretch on treadmill but look like normal everday people, What are your endurance levels?? There is a certain physiology of muscles which causes it to increase its size when stress is put on it, no brand protein can replace the normal biological functioning of body. You need to be made aware regarding lot of things, Do write back regarding any health issues you have. Regards,Take care.
