You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hi pcod is a hormonal imbalance for that u hv to keep n. Eye on ur weight. U can try a week program , these diets are according to you . In a month we target 3 to5 kg reduction. Go for long morning walk that's is equally important.

Hi. It is usually important to calculate the calorie intake that you are taking. If your weight has been stable at 71 kg and you have a sedentary lifestyle, your BMR may be about 2000 calories. Most people benefit from reducing the diet by about 20%. This is to say that when one is eating 5 rotis in a meal, one can eat 4 rotis instead. here is a diet plan that may work for you to start with: 8 am - Milk with oats 10 am - green tea 12 pm - 2 rotis and oil free curry 2 pm - green tea and fruits 4 pm - green tea/milk and fruits 6 pm - 2 rotis and oil free curry 8 pm - supper(hot chocolate or milk/ coffee without sugar) please follow up after 7 days of following the diet. Walking 5 km every 2 days will help as well.

Stop eating junk , sweets , sodas , maida , any outside food . Salty chips etc . Take light dinner n early too . Limit tea n coffee. Do walk n yoga . If still need help regarding weight then consult personally for proper guidance and help. Eat well live Nutrigenious

Hello. P.C.O.S is a hormonal disorder which can develop due to various reasons. In this condition one must focus on having certain life style changes which would improve the hormonal balance of the body and also improve the weight status, making you a healthier individual. Adapt to the natures cycle, that is early to bed, early to rise. Include some physical activitu every day. Include foods rice in protein that comes from animal products and also by a blend of cereals and pulses. Increase the intake of complex carbohydrates and fiber that comes from whole grain cereals pulse, bran , raw fruits and vegetables. reduce the intake of visible fats that come from oil, butter, etc, processed foods, foods with high hidden sodium, etc. Include nuts and oil seeds like almonds, walnuts, flax seeds, etc which contain healthy invisible sources of oil, which would help you with your condition. Have at least 2.5-3 liters of water which is actually the best natural detox.
