Want to reduce fat from body
My height is 5.10 & weight is 82 , I want to reduce at least 15 kg , suggest me diet & exercises my hands & legs are thin , fat is in my chest , back & stomach From last one month I am running for 4 km & going gym for at least 45 minutes & eating home food only , No sweets , no junk food, nothing & finishing my dinner at 7 pm only earlier my weight was 86.5 kg I already reduced 4 kg in past 30 days So please suggest me whole day diet along with timing of it & exercises too Waiting for your reply

HI, Avoid outside food, oily food and sweets completely. Have controlled meal portions. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Eat less rice , potatoes. Drink at least 3 litres of water daily. You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
