What is ur present weight..? Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits,and greengram sprouts. Eat healthy food.avoid fastfood,preserved food,bakeryfoods,oilyspicy masalas,nonveg foods. Drink ample water. Walkyoga,exercise atleast for two hrs.a day. Slep atleast for six hrs at night. Substitute millets for rice. Eat two almonds,two walnuts,two figs,five raisins,two drydates everyday Drink less fat pasteurised milk,buttermilk everyday.
