Hi, I am 32 yrs old. I delivered my child on November'2017. I had gestational diabetes during my last trimester of my pregnancy. I always have PCOS. However, I was not very heavy before and during my pregnancy. But since last 3-4 months I am gaining weight hugely. Now my weight is around 72 kilo and height is 5'4". Please recommend a diet xhart which will be easier to follow being a mother of 10 months old baby.
