I am a healthy person taking 3 course meals a day that includes oats,rice,dal and roti.
my weight is almost near 75 and im around 5'5 in height.the weight now im assuming is an addon post surgery 4 yrs bk.(knee surgery) however, now im finding it difficult to reduce.please suggest me some measures.
