Hi - proper diet plan wrtie takes enough time .so I request you to contact me personally. I can guide as possible that presently no rice or Rice products rather roti/ chapati at lunch & dinner. More citrus fruits except banana ,all nuts,dry fruts & mix veg without potatoes. Liw oil,spices. No fast,junk, desserts. More working, exercises, sleep only 7 hrs. Write me for specified.
