I have vitamin B12 deficiency with 98 pg/ml.
Advised for 4 injection (once in a week)
I have taken 1.
But now want to not take the rest but do with regular diet!
Is this good to follow diet without taking injection?

(also taking 2 medicine. 1.Met-neoubion dn, 2.Zincovit)

Are you a vegetarian person? Mostly vegetarian person face this problem and probably with such low level of v.B12 if not injection oral supplement is needed.
