So I got retainers at my hometown...now the gap is almost gone and i have swollen gums while i am in hyderabad for college.. i wonder will any dentist help me with the old set of retainers... Or should i start again by using permanent braces or veenering done because i will be staying in college hostel... So the temporary retainers create a problem

You don't  need veneers. Get permanent retainers or essix retainers. For swollen gums get scaling done once.
