Hello. ..we need to know why she is getting pain. ...then we can plan physiotherapy treatment on evidence based!  By applying oils r any pain sprays, it's just a temporary methods making fool to the brain!  Not a treatment. U need to go to a physiotherapist first.

It can be due to calcium or vitamin d deficiency also as at this age it's effects the most concern physio or orthopaedic docter for ur problem and massaging oil is not the right treatment .
