Hello. ..we need to know why she is getting pain. ...then we can plan physiotherapy treatment on evidence based! By applying oils r any pain sprays, it's just a temporary methods making fool to the brain! Not a treatment. U need to go to a physiotherapist first.
Its important to evaluate cause for low back ache.... And treat cause rather than treating symptoms ...
