Since 13th week the condition was manageble with doxinate tab taken during night daily . Offlate the condition of nausea and vomiting has increased drastically. What should we do? You should get her investigated. All blood parameters are required. Normally the vomiting associated with pregnancy starts settling down by the end of second month. In this case we should exclude kidney and liver disease, blood sugar, any changes in blood due to water and electrolytes loss. After all this if no cause is found you can give her Vomikind.
