Is Emeset 4mg safe in pregnancy?

Asked for Female, 29 Years

My wife is 13 weeks Pregnant. Vomiting and Nausea is severe like 6-7 times of vomiting daily. Doxinate plus prescribed by doc is not helping. But Emeset 4mg helps to stop Vomiting. She feels fine after taking Emeset 4mg. Doctor told us not to take Emeset that often. Is Emeset 4mg safe during pregnancy? Will be there be any side effects for Mom and baby? Is it ok to take Emeset 4mg daily?

Emeset can be taken but its safety on long term is still under trial . So most doctors use it only if required. Try ondem MD chewable tablet.. Thats safe and suits most patients well.
