Hello,
My husband (35 years old) had a normal heath checkup and all is good except vitamins...
Vitamin D - 19.66
Vitamin B12 - 72
We are a pure vegetarian family.
For Vitamin D he started sunrise D3 60k once a week as last year also both of us had this tablet only.
Please help with the medicine for B12 and how long should we take this...
