Through diet, can get vitamin d3 from fortified milk , eggs, fish very minimally or exposure to sun at any time preferably afternoon for Asians..is best advised

The best source off vitamin D in food is on fish and eggs if ur non vegetarian then give your kids eggs everyday but if ur vegetarian then we Dietitian give the best supplement to fulfill the vitamin D deficiency, you can give your kids Super Gummy (calcium and vitamin D) its absorbed well by body .
