Vitamin d deficiency
My vitamin level is 6 which is extremely low so i take tayo 60k every week for 10 montgs but still my vitamin level is 25 ( normal range is 30 to 100 ) so what to do now?

Why do you think that only medicines will do everything. You also need to put some effort. Go out take sun bath. Increase your dietary source of vitamin d. 25 ng/ml is not bad. Continue your 60k sachet for 4 week's.
