Vitamin D deficiency
Hi, I have low vitamin d (9.21ng/ml) Doctor suggested me to take cipcal D3 60,000IU tablets. Is it okay to take it daily for sometime? If yes, how long?

I tell u better expose urself by walking early morning from 6 am to 7.30 am outside ,so that ur body absorbs maximum vit.D .Along with take ksheerabala cap 2 once daily .

Since your vitamin D level is too low supplementation is absolute necessary . 60K is the dosage u need to take once weekly for minimum 6 weeks . Best to follow the docs advice

Vit d3 tablets once in a week for 4 weeks .Take a gap of 8 weeks and repeat for 4 weeks again
