Vitamin D deficency and leg cramp
I have vitamin D deficency the count is 16 and regular leg pain the doctor has prescribed medicine for the same. My question is do we get vitamin D from sunlight if yes then what time of the day is good and for how much time should i sit?

Us vit d is very low and it won't increase by sunlight  to the normal' level.. also u must not take too much vid d too ..it wil become harmful.

Hi U can vitamin D via sunlight It is advised to get exposed to mid day sunlight about 15-20mins at least 5 days a week..
