Vitamin D 25 Hydroxy Test Report
In this winter i decided to go for general blood work and in the report i found extremely low levels of Vitamin D,I am not able to get enough sunlight daily. Do i need to go for supplements ? what supplement will be better and the dosages and duration ?

Yes you need supplements.  What you can do is, continue them as prescribed by your physician and then later start morning walks. So you get enough sunlight.

Supplement not required , normal value of vitamin d is between 30-100 . This report is of lal path lab so there range is from 50-100 but according to journals and textbook normal value is 30-100 .
