But I won't suggest to take any supplement random even vit .C also ,for immunity boost up you have to take proper diet according your body type and requirement which will help you better .i suggest you to take personalised diet plan for boost up your immunity instead of taking tablet .

U can take.        It is available abundantly in natural resources as aamla,potato,tomato,citrus fruits,noni,buttermilk etc...So these are more safer,easier to consume,and cheaper.

Hi, You can take Vitamin C tablet to boost immunity. But only Vitmin C is not sufficient to boost immunity. Everyone needs immunity boosting diet which includes some important minerals and other vitamins along with specific foods.
