I am a 56 year female. I am a vegetarian and eat eggs. What diet of dairy and eggs do you suggest to fulfill my daily Vit B12 requirement without taking supplements/injections?

Gud morning can u pls share in detail if u have done blood tests done regarding it the reports of specific thing along with your detail eating pattern from morning breakfast till dinner with foods u r having daily n timing,how much is your water intake per day,how's your sleeping time,if any kind of stress try to reduce it by doing meditation or yoga for 20mins minimum in evening time,a healthy lifestyle routine is the key to resolve it.Pls don't go with any injection for it bcoz it causes side effects later.

It will depend as per the deficiency level of yours. What is the deficiency  stage and what all symptoms you are facing. As every person has a different body type and requirement. You can share your report parameters on the basis of that value your specific diet pattern as per your requirement can be planned. Initially you can add milk and other dairy products and 1 boiled  egg on daily basis
