My vitamin b12 is very less, very much below the suggested range . I am a vegetarian. Which supplements can I take ? Can you give name?

Hi u can get Vitamin B complex in cereals ,whole grains, all dairy products like milk, paneer, cheese, all green vegetables, papaya, spinach, gourd family vegetables, curd, yogurts, pulses sprouts etc. more specific u can share ur mail id
