Vitamin B12 Deficiency
My wife is having vitamin b12 deficiency her b12 level was 92 after consulting with a family doctor we started her treatment by giving her injections for that (nurokind gold). Till date 5 doses has been completed (Doctor has suggested for 12 doses) but she is still having body ache, pain in her heels, in the morning especially. I don't know what is happening and to whom we should consult now. Please help. (Note: we are vegetarian)

Hi, Doses take time to get adjusted in the body. So you have to be patient for that. Take B 12 rich diets as eggs, low fat dairy, green veggies & fermented foods. Keep the water intake high & have a balanced meals including all nutrients.

Kindly check her level of uric acid and urea also. And with that test her vitamin b-12 level in blood
