Hi Good afternoon! Methalfa should be taken with food, since it can cause cause digestive issues gor some. Methalfa is a combination of methylcobalamine with alpha lipoic acid and other B vitamins. Whereas other supplements may only have methylcobalanine or cyanocobalamine. The dosage would however depend on your blood test levels.

Healthy afternoon, Methalfa ( methyl cobalamin) is a form of vitamin B12 that’s often considered more effective and easier to absorb than other type, especially for people with digestive issues. It may be gentler on stomach and better suited for people with gastric concerns.
