Vitamin B12(Cyanocobalamin) Conv. Test
I am 24 and pure vegetarian. My B12(Cyanocobalamin-CoCbl) result was 197 and also feeling some fatigue with normal KFT. I am advised by Doctor to take Methylcobalamin 1500 mg 1 Tab daily repeat the same test after taking it for 4 weeks. But I got and taking a better option(As per 2015 K Thakkar, G Billa EJCN paper, don't know reality 😕🙁) Adenosylcobalamin(AdCbl) 750mg Methylcobalamin(MeCbl)    750mg with Folic Acid. But I don't get that how taking AdCbl/MeCbl will affect the concentration of CoCbl in the blood. Is there any conversion between these forms? OR, Methylmalonic acid (MMA), TCII (transcobalamin) is a better test to detect B12 active forms deficiency ?
