Vitamin b and d deficiency
Hello i have deficiency of vitamin , sometimes i feel fear of everything and feeling tired , mood swings , dry eyes etc and feel heart palpitation while doing yoga What should i do please tell me I always try to think positive Vitamin d is 20 and vitamin b is 230 and have total trigylcerides up - 193 Please let me know what to do
