U need to understand the route cause of being deficient in vit b12 in age of 26. We need to have a detailed assessment for that. It can be due to gut issues / stress / life style.

You need to tell us, if you are a veg or non veg, as for non veg there are a lot of food sources, but for vegetarian, supplements are the only option

Food sources of Vitamin B12  are animal  sources like fish,  chicken,  mutton, milk, paneer , etc. Make sure   you are including  it adequately  on regular basis.
