I was on Vitamin B12 1500mcg (Pic Attached) and Vitamin D3 60000IU (Uprise D3). Usually my BP used to be around 100/65 to 110/70 (Normal Range) after having B12 and Vitamin D Weekly for 2 weeks my BP rose to 130-140/85. I asked a question here and many doctors suggested to quit the med for a week or 10 days and monitor BP.
Now my BP has come down from 130/85 again to 110/70 to 101/68. It's been 3-4 days I have quit Vitamin B12 and my BP has been stable at this lower range.
I was wondering why this happened? How can B12 or Vitamin D3 increase my base BP?
