Thank you for sharing your concerns regarding your vitamin D and B12 levels. A drop in vitamin D levels from 115 ng/ml to 50 ng/ml can lead to various symptoms such as bone pain, headaches, and difficulty sleeping. It's crucial to address these deficiencies, especially considering your reported symptoms. Vitamin D plays a vital role in bone health, and the recommended daily allowance varies, but many individuals benefit from supplementation, particularly if they are experiencing symptoms. Your B12 level seems to be within the normal range, but monitoring is essential, especially if you have any underlying conditions or dietary restrictions. I recommend you consult with a healthcare professional for a more thorough evaluation. It may be beneficial to have a Bone Mineral Density test to assess your bone health further and to discuss potential treatments, including whether Shelcal XT is appropriate for you. For personalized advice, feel free to reach out to me directly for better evaluation and treatment options. You can contact me via WhatsApp at eight hundred, nine hundred eighty-two, one thousand three hundred thirty-two.
