It is a very high dose you are taking and all your problems are due to that. All Vitamins have side effects if taken in over dose

Injection of 1mg intramusculer once s week for 4 weeks. Then once a month for 6 months

You can take tablet Neurobion, a combination of 3 vitamins, 1,6and 12
Vitamin B12 is through animal sources only Milk and curds and dairy products are the only source of this vitamin for vegetarians
