I have vitamin b12 200 Whole body gets tingle, needle pokikg lije feeling Is it normal to have redish pee if i am raking vitamin b12 shots.. I have taken 6 shots in past 12-15 days

It is a very high dose you are taking and all your problems are due to that. All Vitamins have side effects if taken in over dose

Get a fresh Vitamin B12 level done. In case it is defecient, Injection of 1mg intramusculer once s week for 4 weeks. Then once a month for 6 months
