Vitamin d supplements are taken only in cases of insufficiency or deficiency, vitamin b12 usually provided orally once daily eg meganeuron od, calcium supplements may not be required only take it after estimation of serum levels.

Since it was a regular medical checkup, I assume you don't have any specific symptoms. It will be best if you provide the actual values of the 3 to make sure if you actually have deficiency. You can safely take the following supplements for the deficiencies. 1. Vitamin D - Uprise D3 60,000 IU- once a week for  a month and then continue once a month 2. Vitamin B12- Becosule Plus once a day at night for a month 3. You can increase your calcium intake in your diet by having milk, almonds, avocados, seasame seeds etc.
Next Steps
Follow up after 3 months with reports

Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation. Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.
