I have been having viral fever for a few days. I did take allopathic however not much results so far. Then I got Vettumaran Gulika from an Ayurvedic doctor. Should I stop allopathic or can I take paracetamol side by side

You can continue with Vettumarangulika one tablet twice daily along with Amritarista 20ml twice daily with equal quantity of water after food. Be with light diet and have lot of warm drinks.
