I feel highly self conscious at times during my conversation with people due to which I am not able to interact with people properly. Being in large group of people gives me anxiety. I am talking with someone and suddenly I become self conscious and my whole concentration goes on my appearance rather than what I was talking about. I keep stressing myself with thoughts of if something would go wrong with me in future. I cannot concentrate on studies for long. Sometimes due to high tension I feel like pain in my heart. Please guide me what should I do.
