Highly stressed
I am in stress Because of failing in many exams though I was a topper after my grandmother's dead everything seems disgusting to me .I want to study but I m not able to. I have a boyfriend because of him also I m stressed out sometimes I feel so low I want to end my life . That also I can't I do all the chaos at home. I want breakup from my boyfriend but I can't the moment I think of breakup my BP goes down . I love him but he doesn't . I am still virgin as I know my limits though I am  single parent child. I want to study I need a stress free life to study when my grandmother was alive I was topper but now everything seems shattered .

Stress free life is a myth now a days.Everyone has its own stress.U have to learn how to properly deal with every stress.U have to learn how to react in every situation,how to control grief,anger,tension etc. Consult a psychologist as soon as possible to live a better life and healthy life. U are only 23 yrs old.If any ptoblems occurs with ur boyfriend and if relationship could not survive after several tries then u have to move on.Concentrate on ur life,passion, career.

for overall health 1.sleep 8 hrs at night. 2.avoid too much social media. 3.avoid too much use of mobile pc laptop. 4.avoid mobile pc 1hr before sleep. 5.before sleep may hear good music,or read a good book or  can watch a good movie. 6.workout daily or regular morning walk or join gym. 7.Share ur thoughts with ur parents or good friends. 8.Concentrate on ur work,study,passion, hobby. 9.Maintain proper diet. 10.Take proper protein supplement and some time multivitamines.
