I believe I have anxiety issues which make me stressed out in most situations. My flight or fight mode gets triggered quite easily for easy situations. Also, social gatherings get me quite nervous and I get way self conscious than required all of a sudden and when it's time to address a larger audience, my voice starts to shake and I run out of breath. It's as if I start gasping for air. I just want to know if this situation of mine is something to get worried about and also are these really signs and symptoms of a psychological problem or is it something to do with my social life?
