Hi It’s completely understandable to be concerned about medications during pregnancy. Stalopam Plus (Escitalopram + Clonazepam) and Clonotril (Clonazepam) are sometimes prescribed for severe anxiety and depression, even during pregnancy, but they do carry some risks. However, your doctor likely weighed the benefits vs. risks, considering your mental health is crucial for both you and your baby. One useful step? Talk to your doctor again—ask about alternative options, possible side effects, and whether a lower dose or a different medication might be safer. Also, focus on non-medical coping strategies like deep breathing, meditation, or therapy to support your mental well-being. Hi.. in pregnancy it's always about risk vs benefits. The doctor might have prescribed the medicines because it was absolutely necessary.
