I am vegan, no milk and dairy products are consumed by me, I am deficit of vitamin d and b12 Please suggest me natural source for vegan diet.

Hi there! Start taking early morning sunlight between 7:30 - 9:30 for atleast 20 minutes everyday. Wash throughly and consume fruits and veggies with skin which are edible.

you will need to get a blood test done to find out the values of vitamin D and B12. If deficiency is found,take appropriate supplements because vegetarian no dairy meals is likely to cause these deficit.

Hi Vitamin D cannot be increased along with the diet only. It really depends on the levels you have also. Most of the time supplement is required with the diet. I'm not the right person to prescribe medicine so you can contact the doctor for the same.with the combination of supplement  you can take vitamin D rich foods which are as follow 1. Fortified Cereals 2. Orange juice 3. Egg Yolk 4. Mashroom 5. Ricotta cheese 6. Fatty fish 7. COD Liver Oil 8. Sunlight 9. Sweet potato 10. Mangoes Vitamin B12 can be increase by consuming the following 1. Fish 2. Almonds 3. Milk 4. Red meat 5. Chicken 6. Salmon 7. Clams 8. Broccoli
