Deficiency in vitamins
I did blood test in this app and found that I have deficiency in vitamin B12 and vitamin D. I am a vegan so please suggest me some vegan(plant based) supplements.

Hi, For Vit B 12 deficiency take - Fortified non-dairy milk/meat substitutes/breakfast cereals/nutritional yeast/vegan spreads. Overall try to increase the fermented foods in the diets. For Vit D try taking - Mushrooms, Fortified foods, Tofu with sunlight intake everyday.
