Vegan diet plan to lose 8kg weight
I'm a vegetarian and i regularly go for jogging in the morning. I run 2km daily. My weight is 85kg and i'm not able to reduce my weight to the ideal weight(77-79) of my height (i.e. 179.5cm). I'm going to appear in a medical examination for sub inspector in delhi police in 2months. I daily perform exercises but my weight is consistent at 85kg. Maybe there's problem in my diet. I take 15chapatis a day with dal or some vegetable and a little bit of fast food 1 or 2 times a week. I daily eat fruits. Can You please suggest some diet plan to help me reduce my weight.

Early dinner before 6pm Eat less and exercise more Drink water 16glasses daily Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods etc fatty food's and sweets and cold drinks chocolates. Take high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises

We can surely help you with diet plans for weight loss The concept of eating right should be cleared like: You need to follow a 6 meal pattern daily. Drink as much as water you can. You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me  directly for customized diet plan for you.
